:D Vortechs are again operational. Thanks for the ecotech forum tip. Now I can take out those seio powerheads tomorrow.
Made a white balance adjustment to fix the FTS and cropped out the lighting glare. This is much closer to what it actually looks like.

So, you had some coral color loss with the transfer.....Excellent. That means there is a chance I can find it. :D

In all seriousness, excellent job on the new tank. I really like the layout. It looks like there are a lot of swim through passages for the fish with a platform scape at the top for coral placement. I like it a lot.

Beautiful reef !!

Thanks very much. Yes there are lots of swim throughs, caves and a few canyon/valley areas. I am quite pleased with how it turned out and the fish seem very happy.

mpoletti - Thank You Mr Timms for sharing with us your amazing Tank
Thanks for looking and your welcome Mr. Poletti.;) Maybe one day my coral collection will get to be as nice as yours.

Corndork2 Wow I am jealous.
Thanks

snorvich - Amazing and beautiful tank. I always look for your SPS shots!! So, I can drool.

Thanks to several helping hands today I got the 130 gallon moved to the new location. I still need to aquascape as I just threw things together to get it up and running. Need to get more softies & rock for that tank but the fish are in........ Pair of false perculas, Niger trigger, regal angel(thanks Steve), flame angel, yellow tang & a nasty mean anthia that does not behave well enough to go into the main tank population. It just doesn't play nice. :rolleye1:
I was aslo able to get the old sump & acrylic tank out and cleaned up ready for transfer to their new homes. Now that those tanks are out of the way I hope to have the remaining floor tiling done this week as well as a good start on the fish room. :)

Glad to say the colours are starting to come back faster than I expected. Many corals still have a long way to go like this stylo but it was brown a week ago.

Having seen that one in person, I can tell the world that the picture does it no justice. It is the most amazing shade of .. I'm not sure how to call it. "Plum" maybe? It's def. my favourite I would have to say too. :)

Thanks Tony & JDigital.
Here's a little better picture, well sort of. Man that piece is hard to shoot and get the colour right.

You know Greg, when I look at your tank...

I don't know if to get depressed, cause my tank looks like crap compared...

Or to get inspired...

Absolutely beautiful...

I only wished that I had fellow "reefer's" next to where I live...

Cause the couple of people I do know that have tanks... are nowhere as close to being obsessed with the hobby compared to us!
