ORA Pearlberry? Or ORA Indigo Purple stag?

So I have a frag that was sold to me about 6 months ago as a Pearlberry frag, and judging by the way its grown and other color and appearance factors Im starting to question whether its actually a pearlberry, it actually in my opinion is starting to look like ORAs Indigo purple tipped stag.

Ive had a hard time getting the coral to color up, even though everything in my tank has looked great, but I heard that Pearlberrys can be stubborn. The picture I attached is very blue. the frag has the greyish white branches a pearlberry would have, and it was purple tips, the polyps going down the branches are a greenish brown, so its hard to tell by color if its a pearlberry.

what gets me though is the shape of the branches and the growth of the coral itself, can anyone tell for sure if this is a stag? or what does everyone think, have anyone seen pearlberrys grow like this?

I'm going to agree with you in terms of growth. My colony is quite branchy like most of the Pearlberry's you see. This one is definitely growing like a young stag mini colony would.

Unlike an actual Pearlberry which is going to have crowded branches, this one is seemingly growing with a branch or two popping out on the sides as a Staghorn normally would.
Though looking at the bottom of the picture, the branches seem to be splitting into two right there which may be indication of the crowded branches Pearlberry has. Colors seem spot on as well. I think at this point only time will tell what you have! Either way, it looks as if it will be beautiful.

i attached another picture with less blue lighting on that I had yesterday evening

thanks for the reply. yeah i guess wait and see is the better approach right now. I wish pearlberrys were a more readily available frag bc id consider buying another just for comparison
