Ordered a Gigantea from Live Aquaria. Advice wanted.

Looks fine to me... Although, it is difficult to tell from one picture.

Do you have pic's or a link to a white gig, that isn't bleached?

I have yet to see a white gigantea. I have seen haddonis and mertensii with SOME white pigmentation, but never a gigantea, and in the case of the haddonis and mertensii, the white never covered the whole anemone, but was located only in stripes or scattered tentacles.

White (sun-blocking) pigmentation seems inconsistent to me with this specie's high light demands.

Well, to each thier own. If I see another one i'll post some pics. Like I said, it's not a pure white, but opaque with some pink hue to it, and the pink hue is not picked up by the camera too well.

I'd love to see it! I'm not trying to be a smart a$$ - I would really love to see it! I love it when unusual color morphs show up.

Thank you but I have them pictures already from sprung's book. As for the picture from iblue water that just a picture of an anemone with the main lights off and taken with a flash. If pink was around there would be more then just the same pictures floating around.there are millions of hobbyist in the world and no one has ever posted a pink gigantea. They will show up pink when they are bleached out like on the cover of martin moe Jr. Book and that's a bleached out one as well not white. Thanks for the post but I am still not convinced. And the last picture does not look like a gigantea at all sorry. Please do not take my post as being a @$$ just looking for real proof.
Thanks
