Mine came from a oregon reefer back in 1998 he was a well known reefer. If i remeber correctly he got it from upsaclaes not sure. He was also one of the guys who had a original leng sy cap

Great thread on a coral with such a cool history.

I have both the cali and oregon as well. The oregon has to be the bluest coral I have ever seen and is probably my favorite.

I have a radion pro about 8" from the surface and the coral is about 1.5" below the surface. That frag is about 18 months old and started out about and inch long.

^^Yours looks to live by the slow growing reputation. Looks beutifal and the color is great. Mine has great color but such a slow grower as well. I have people come over and want frags but I can't do it knowing how long just a 1" branch takes to grow out.

Thanks I have mine 18 inches from my radion G1 and that's 8" from the water line. Now I know why she's not as blue but its a tiny frag and should be a large mini colony in about a year. She does grow slow but I have been target feeding.
