OT: MAC, anyone have them?

I do like the droid, but I don't mind an iphone and with all the other apple stuff I have it will sync every time i get close to home.

Anyway, also analogous to a Vortech vs. Tunze argument, this will never end. So buy what you like, but I assure you that if you purchase an Apple computer you will never look back.

Well as long as everything stays respectful between all parties involved its ok when it gets to the point where someone blatantly disrespects another person that the moderator should get involved. Heck maybe if I had the money to throw around i'd buy a mac and love it for the very reasons you have stated but as it stands I don't and I do what I have seen works for me to get the best I can afford at the best price possible. Heck maybe if I use an analogy that involves turbo rice rockets over American muscle or vice versa we can get the car guys all heated :lolspin:

first whoever said you cant customize OSX is dead wrong I used to run a website dedicated to hacking up OSX

second you can run android on a iphone just google it.... and vise versa they have hacked iOS for other phones aswell just head over to XDA developers

Also for those who wish to build a pc based OSX machine google hackintosh

I use both I have a bad butt PC running win7 and I have a macbook. I use winblows for programing and mac for everyday stuff. I like my mac because it just works, other than OS updates I have never had to do anything to it I have it triple boot ( beat that lol ) OSX,Win7,and Linux and All work flawlessly but the same goes for my PC it works great except for this stupid nortin crap that my girl wanted installed on it a few months ago. I have NEVER gotten a virus on either and I have been using windows since win3.0 days (remember that one lol) Both can be great but its all what you are using it for if I was buying a mac to run Linux on it would be a waste there is a reason OSX sells for $30 because they make the money on hardware. and windows costs what it does because they dont have a hardware side. Now one thing I can agree on is WinXP was the best Win7 is okish but I sill prefer XP. Yes you can build a win or linux pc for WAY less but it will never function or look like the sleek mac. The ease of use on OSX is priceless. And anyone can make mac apps its just java/coco...... I love both my computers and I will always have both. One thing I can say is its been over 2 months since I rebooted my mac and I have to reboot my windows machine at least once a month or it gets OS rot.

Haha Im in the same boat BTC I pulled the engine and trans 3 1/2 years ago and had them rebuilt and still have'nt thrown it back in. In need to upgrade to a full 3''-4'' exhaust and intercooler piping and every since I got bad into reefing I have no money for my cars. It's sad really. :sad1: :lmao:
