OT Motorhead's?

I got a few heeps of parts.

My daily driver is a mkiv jetta tdi. Some 17" asa ls8 wheels, billstein shocks/struts and a muffler delete. It averages 48 mpg @ 75 mph. :D

My project is an 87 jeep cherokee. Rusty's long arm, deaver race leafs, non-disco d30 up front chysler 8.25 in the rear. RENIX 4.0 to an ax15 to an np231 w/ aa sye. Lunchbox lockers, skid plates, yadda yadda yadda all on some mtrs wrapped around 17" black steelies. still a work in progress. need a few odds and ends to get it back on and off road.

Turning wrenches has been my favorite hobby since i was 5 or 6. Did a few frame offs, motor swaps etc. my favorite was the 1983 regal ttype my dad and I restored. Sure do miss that car.

OK OK Fine. You twisted my arm :)

1965 Dodge Polara C body. 383 V8 automatic. I'm the third owner, but the first was my great grandfather in Tucson. Then my dad and I fixed her up from the ground up. Her name is Helga.

nice rides one and all does anyone have an interest in programing/hacking the computer systems? I am looking for the carshark or openotto software..

Calvin, that is one nice ride you have, a Porsche has always been a car that I would like to own one of these days. I really dig on the mid 70's 911 turbos, but restoring one to factory specifications (and my specifications) would end up costing more than a new one. Some of the cars that Porsche Classic churns out are spectacular, in terms of quality AND price. I especially appreciate a restoration that is 100% OEM, not reproduction or aftermarket, of course sometimes that is not possible. My wife and are now of an age where we could get reasonable insurance on a German sports car. Thanks for the inspiration.

You guys really have some cool cars/toys. I wouldn't mind something in the garage to tool with now and then, that is if I could ever get out of the garden long enough to do it. By the way, I tool with cars daily, I work for Chevrolet.

Peace.

Last time I tried torrents for these software I got addware virus and who knows what else. I hope to find it from someone who has downloaded it and tried it and it is workable and clean....

Red interior on a white paintjob, nice ! Very clean and very Classic car!

Thanks :) it's actually more of a cream color, but it's all the original color scheme, except for the HOT PINK vinyl interior trim edging we couldn't find. I have done weddings and stuff for my friends, people like to get driven off in a boat!

She needs a new carb, because one of the jets is hopelessly clogged. When I goose the throttle it bogs out from lack of fuel. Also she drains the battery; my suspicion is a stuck starter solenoid. Once I graduate in December I'm going to rectify those two problems.

You should upgrade, American muscle should always have at least 8 cylinders ;) Nice looking car though!

Owen, love your C-bod! reminds me a lot of my former 66 Sport Fury. Was my favorite freeway cruiser of all time.

Today is a very, very, very sad day for me. :( I'm selling my beloved Jetta that I've owned since highschool. Not easy to do since I put WAY to much money into it and I'm only getting a fraction of it back. I know cars are a bad investment, but I'm attached to this one. :sad1:

But on the up side, I'm going to buy a CRF450R! I'll probably kill myself on it, but it sure will be a fun bike!! :bounce3:

Also my girl will now be able to get her 08 Passat 2.0T in the garage! :) It's had no reason to be in the garage as of yet, but she wants rims for x-mas so it will need to be put inside. She wants Bentley Continental GT wheels, but there freakin EXPENSIVE! Instead a buddy of mine back east might ship out his Benzo Monoblock wheels.

Sneak Peek, Edited for language: :D
