I had originally planned to run the rigid flex tubing through the wall, but due to some inconvenient placing of studs this just didn't work, they're visible now, slightly annoying, but i'll get over it.
After getting the system up and running we had to change the drains, one drain was not enough to keep up with the pump, even when flow was reduced, so both drains are now being utilized.
