Pair of Semilarvatus - is this Legit?

Anybody else see this? I wonder if it is a true wild collected pair, or just two smaller individuals that are tolerating each other. I've always wanted a pair or trio of these guys, but have always heard it was extremely difficult to do if not collected as a pair.

One of my favorite butterflies.

I know nothing about pairing these but the eye markings are different also, not sure if that means anything.

Good question, don't think I've noticed that before.

I believe these are pairs only (not harems) in the wild, much like most chaetodon species. If the juveniles are small enough and getting along, they will most likely form a pair later once they mature.

The dot looks like a discoloration from stress while taking pictures. Noticed it on a few other pictures on the internet as well.

Very nice butterflies. Hard to beat the solid yellow with that blue.
