Nah, nothing was done as a result of this - LA is still one of our longest running sponsors and hopefully they will continue to be for a long time. They did close their forum on here years ago though (it was long before I became a mod and that was back in 2010) - due to their desire to handle CS directly through their own site.

Kevin staying on is a huge relief to me. It sounds like he'll have more resources at his disposal now to hopefully continue all the good he's done over at LA.

Most Higher Positions of a company getting bought out or merging know the "right thing" to say so the public don't worry and have excuses for the changes. After a year the hammer drop and company goes to crap. Hope they do stay the same as I really like Dr Foster and Smith.

Hopefully that will bring up Petco's overall standards and maintenance of their saltwater dept. Unfortunately I doubt it.

It's hard to predict what will happen but I don't have a good feeling about it. Petco already has fish for sale online. Why would it need two different online shops to sell fish? my guess is they will close one, depending whose operations are easier and more profitable.
