It's just 1ml of Formalin per 1 gallon on sw for 45 minutes. I do my baths in a bucket. Make sure temp is the same and keep the water aerated. I use a luft air pump to really crank it up. This method was shared to me from Karen.

No I don't, but I live in LA so it's not that cold.
