However, I have to say, he was really good with others in a 10g QT and then a 20g QT... do you think he'll be okay in a large tank with some great rock work for hidey-holes? If other fish get near 'his personal pvc' he will zip at them, but we have seen no nipping of fins...

Also, with the tangs, the yellow can be last. No problem. I picked three to stick with the 'odd number of tangs' rule.
there is no such "rule"; zebrasoma tangs, once established can be really tough on addition of conspecifics. So the yellow must be last. The other two tangs are somewhat less aggressive. And remember it is tank length rather than gallons that is most important
