Thanks, Steve. If the Damsel limits options I will bump him to the 60g DT. However, I have to say, he was really good with others in a 10g QT and then a 20g QT... do you think he'll be okay in a large tank with some great rock work for hidey-holes? If other fish get near 'his personal pvc' he will zip at them, but we have seen no nipping of fins...

Also, with the tangs, the yellow can be last. No problem. I picked three to stick with the 'odd number of tangs' rule.

there is no such "rule"; zebrasoma tangs, once established can be really tough on addition of conspecifics. So the yellow must be last. The other two tangs are somewhat less aggressive. And remember it is tank length rather than gallons that is most important

I do not want to push it, however. Should I reduce to a Koles, and yellow?

I forget the specific type... the damsel is vivid blue on top with a diagonal split, and bright yellow underneath. The yellow split starts below the mouth, low, and moves up and back to include all of the rear fins. Make sense?

Hopefully, it is Chrysiptera hemicyanea. Chrysiptera are not the PITA type damsels. Leave it be, should be fine.

Hey I have a 75 gal DT with 25 gal sump. ~120 lbs of live rock and 2" sandbed. Currently only have a yellow watchman goby and shrimp and some zoanthids. Small CUC.

Want to add..
1st
2 Bonded snowflake clownfish
2nd
2 or 3 flasher wrasse (2 female 1 male) or 2 males?
3rd
2 Bonded cardinals (probably pajama)

And maybe a mandarin eventually.

Will this work and does it max out the tank?

should be fine; depending on behavior additional small fish could be added

Do they require pods like dragonets? I have a ruby red and will not buy another fish to compete for pods. This is just a general question. From a naturally occurring perspective, amphipods, copepods and similar, but very small food such as nutramar ova or frozen cyclopeeze would work too. Many people supply Live foods such as vitamin-enriched brine shrimp, small ghost shrimp, or copepods and amphipods found in live rock are usually preferred. But remember, they would not be able to compete well so seahorses and pipefish would do well together.
