Ok thank you I will probably be on here again as I get closer to getting my tank fully set up
Feel free to check back with any stocking plans. Always happy to help.

But with them being different species would they still weed the weak out?
Do you think I can get away with multiple (6-8) goby fish, fire or clown gobies? I do not care if they school or shoal, I just want a bunch of smaller fish. Thanks, I appreciate the input!
None of those fish will coexist long term as groups. What sized tank?
Sorry, it seems it did not quote your original quote... 65 gallon reef tank...
A small group of chalk bass would work.
Got a 100 Gallon tank 55 gallon sump about 2/3 full. Reef Octopus XS200 Skimmer, Refugium with no Macro in it yet, 100 Lbs of live rock , 75 lbs of sand running a carbon and gfo reactor. This will be my first order that I will slowly move from a 30 Gallon QT tank over to the display. Want to add simple coral later on.
Fish
Yellow Tang
Royal Gramma
Firefish Goby
2 Percula Clownfish - Aquacultured
Refugium
AlgaGen Copepods - ReefPods
Chaeto
Ulva Sea Lettuce Aquacultured
CUC
20 Nasssarius Snail
25 Cerith Snail
I have a sixline and a powder brown. my question is since sixline can be aggressive what fish seem to coexist best with the sixline and tang? im thinking of getting a new fish or two but want to make sure or at minimum try and prevent any issues. what have you all found to work with sixlines
Unfortunately, not much. Those two fish in a 90 gallon tank will make life difficult for many additions. Sixlines can be a major PITA especially towards smallish gentle fish.
Just got my tank 4 days ago waiting for cycle. I have :
93 cube
100 lbs live rock
Two 1500 gph ph in smart wave every three hours
Eshopp r200 with refugium with light and live rock.
Skimmer
4 light t5
Can't decide what to get want some sort I coral with mid size fish.
I want a watchman goby with a shrimp that I have seen. fine Would I be able to also put a coral beauty fine in there along with a fox face? needs a larger tank Thinking hard coral.
Current tank is 150G with plenty of live rock and hiding places. Also have a Gold Midas Blenny and was wondering if a Starry Blenny could be added as well. Other inhabitants include Yellow Tang, Ocellaris Clown(2) PJ Cardinal(3), Orchid dottyback, Line Spot Flasher Wrase
My 65g tank is officially up and running a few weeks now, and I have a pair of young black clowns. I keep reading here that they will take up a majority of my DT upon sexual maturity. If I am able to return one, will it stop the territorial behavior from happening?
they will want to occupy and control 25 gallons of tank space. Having one will still allow the remaining one to become female and she will be almost as possessive as a mating pair.
Thank you Magenta. One more question. Is my best bet then to get semi-aggressive fish that can "hold their own", or more passive fish that back down? I just want a peaceful tank, with more than a pair of clowns.
