Larry, I don't if it is me or the color of the PM seems more 'vivid' than before, maybe it is the 12K bulb? or anything else.

above .03 by hanna. if it slips to low it seems to brown out some corals.
 
You know it is funny at the 1st sight I thought you mean below 0.03 :-)

How do you keep it up? feed heavy or dose some AA?

Interesting. You would think that keeping the po4 higher would result in brown corals.

Personally I'm finding what I think is the same thing. I have my nitrate at 0 (not a touch of pink on salifert kit) and 0.00 on my hanna. I believe my tank is ULNS but some corals are still brown or have gotten worse, other corals I find are too light in color. Very frustrating. I think I have been starving the corals.

I'm of the opinion, and IME, not all acros look their best in the same type of water (ULNS vs other).
