Purple Tang Disease

I QT'ed my Purple Tang for 4 weeks, he did fine, put him in my DT, and now he looks like this - purple color has faded, he eats OK and acts OK. I'm feeding him TheraA, Cyclopeeze, and bits of frozen clam or shrimp.

Bacterial infection? Fungal? Nutrition deficit?

Help Appreciated.

I would start immediate antibiotic treatment. Hopefully it's not too late.
