here are my 2
the gray one is a Siganus conaliculatus (commonly called a whitespot rabbitfish) it has been reef safe other than the fact that it loves to eat the antennas off of skunk cleaner shrimp when they are introduced to the tank. wont try to eat the rest of them tho. both eat like pigs.

That camo pic is pretty cool, I got a baby magnificent for free that was about 1" and was always that color because he was scared by the bigger fish, he ended up not making it but he was impossible to catch in a 330 gallon tank. Wish he did better
I believe that is my quote. I am not a fan. I like tangs way better. But everyone has different tastes, and they are still very interesting and colorful fish.

Love my Doliatus. Model citizen that's never caused any problems. It can be spastic on occasion, but the most it ever does is go to it's one hide in the rock and stays there until it feels safe again.
Here it is when it was much smaller after my Kole Tang decided it was going to start spazzing out about it's presence despite having lived with it for two years. (The watermark is wrong... this shot was taken in about 2009)

Quick question, lfs has a 7-8" doliatus for around $80. It came out of the owners personal tank it out grew and it's in his frag tank so I know it doesn't eat corals, also looks fat and healthy. Do you think he would be fin in my 330 gallon reef with a smaller foxface and a slightly smaller whitespot rabbit. The guy said it was peaceful with all his fish and was in a tank with a yellow tang not showing any aggression. The only fish bigger than it would be a vlamingi that doesn't care about anything but food. I think it should be fine but would like to hear everyone's opinion.
Hey guys please help I'm worried. I had my foxface for almost 3 months now it's not the bright yellow anymore like when I bought it. it's more white-ish yellow and gray on the top. this is his normal color now all the time other than that it have red mark on his near tail. maybe internal bacteria or what.
