Ryan's 300 Gallon Starfire Journal

And even then, things can still go wrong like a plugged check valve on the CA reactor :uzi:

Haha, tell me about it!

Just the other night, we drove up to the house and I could hear my water ont eh floor alarm going off while the truck was still running in the Driveway! My wife said "Run inside and I'll get everythign" (yes, she is pregnant!!)

I ran inside to find that my 5 gallon skimmer waste water bucket had overflowed for some reason. Ususally it never gets close in a week! I dont know why, but my skimmer when nuts???

Sound familiar Mark?

Damn, Ryan that video is amazing. The fish room is cool and all those frags :crazy1: My wife would kill me if I had that set-up (so jealous) cause I wouldn't come out of that room. At least she would know where to find me though :lolspin:

Thanks Buddy!

I really love the fish room. I spend quite a bit of time in there. I have an old salt bucket in there i use as my chair so i can sit and stare at the frag tank and then turn and look through teh back side of the display which I love to do. It is funny, when i turn to look ath tehdispaly, i always see my big blond naso just sitting there starring at me!!!

That is why I dont want a back drop on the tank, but I figured out a way to add a backing to the tank that is made out of Plexiglass and will be removable!

And Yes, my wife always knows exactly where i'll be! :love2:

All but the wife being pregnant thing :(

I've already noticed a few pieces not respond very well with everything that has taken place in the last couple weeks; including my yellowjacket ( don't worry, I noticed yours, its hard to miss ;) )

Uh oh, are you guys trying???

Well we all knew that it would'nt go perfectly...

The yellowJacket continues to be one of the brightest corals/frags in my tank. but its lookin like its ready to take off!!!

Nope, we've got Emma and that's enough for now ;)

I've only noticed about 6 pieces that are really affected by last weeks events. All I need is a frag of each. Besides, I have an aussie echinata that is waiting for me to make some space :D

Awsome video and like ive said before amazing tank. Love the fish room. Your entire set up is incredible. Oh and congrats on your new upcoming family addition.
