The more I get into it the more firm I am that I am not going with ATI.
They may be the 'best' but their cost is an issue.
But the biggest issue with them, to me, is their availability.
I can't wait 3 months or so to maybe get them in lol.

The Sunpowers looked nice, when I finally found some info on them...but once again, there is the availability issue.

I think I am going to try and get 3 Fauna Marin UltraSolaris, possibly with the dimmable Osram ballasts, and build a canopy on a pulley system.

I just talked to the tank builder.

Instead of it being ready to ship tomorrow, it will not be ready to ship until next Friday.

That actually works better for me.
Let's me get more stuff in.

Received my Profilux II Starter kit from cherrycorals today.

Big manual...I have time to read it though.

I have been in the hobby for years and this is the first controller I have ever owned...not counting Tunze Stream etc.
I think I am going to like it.

It's not that the ATI's are unavailable, they just, apparently, take months to get in after you order.

So I am leaning really heavily towards a canopy.
That will let me put extras in it that you can't have with pendants.

Like LED's etc.

Just got my FlexPvc in.

I ordered two, 50 foot rolls.
50 feet in 1" and 50 feet in 1.5".

It isn't as dark gray as SCH 80 PVC but it looks a lot better than white to me.

Also, it was cheaper to buy it like this than from Home Depot, even with shipping added.
