If any sledders up North get really hammered, be sure to post up. We aren't supposed to get as much down south, but for the first snow of the year 3" is all it would take.

Funny you say 3" is all it takes. Please tell some of the yahoos out here that. The 1st sprinkiling we had about an inch and they where out. Nothing against those who ride a sled, just not in the field across the street from my house at 2am...with a sled that needed a tune-up I think. I thoughtt the whole loud pipe thing was for bikes

1" is just going to have you in the dealer for a new Hyfax and won't cool the sled well. Most morons that go out that early just end up tearing the ground up. 3" is all I need this early in the year. The I&M doesn't even open unless we get at least 4", I live in the middle of nowhere so we bend the rules a little off the trail, but the trail is a No No up until that point.

Is'nt it customary to call off work on the first snomobiling day?broke1,where are you?We ride the Hennepin Canal trails and some great farm feilds out here.

Let it snow ... Let it snow .. Let it snow... I can't believe its still snowing... I am wondering should I skip the breakfast and invest that time cleaning windshields and all :<(
