Tunze website says October and its almost the end of october...So where is it at guys??

I know they are made and ready to ship, they have been for a couple weeks. My last conversation with the factory was they would hold shipping until the 3162 and 0250 Reefpack were ready and all would ship to distributors together. We do expect these to all begin shipping from Germany to distributors this week. I am trying to get definite confirmation but my understanding is they have had some severe winter storms and the factory is not fully staffed so I have not been able to get through, anyone who has a commute from a bigger city has not been coming in and this has made reaching someone difficult. My usual contact replied from home that she hadn't been in and would update me when she got to the factory, that was Monday, I just tried calling and got no answer.

I got through, they will ship at the end of the week. Normally it takes about a week to arrive here, the hang up here is they generally go through the NE for customs, I am not sure if the forwarder has a contingency or if this will lead to additional delays in delivery. Generally we start fulfilling orders within a day of arrival so dealers should start to get them a few days after we do.

They arrived Tuesday afternoon, by tomorrow we will have fulfilled every current order.

does this include reefpack 250?

Canada is a separate distribution, but the US did get Reefpack 250's and the same applies, in general all countries should have them within a week, possibly longer in Australia, SA where transit times are longer.
