Hello all. I've seen a bunch of outstanding pics from many people in this forum. Now it's my turn to post some pics, although I would say my pics are far from outstanding. :)

On with the pics....I hope you enjoy.

A couple torts to start it out.

A top down of my ORA/Cali tort

And the Oregon tort (should have cleaned my glass a little better :) )

The ORA purple pillow (one of my favs). I was actually taking a pic of another coral and this coral turned out better :rolleye1:

pink pocillopora

and a turaki or speciosa??? (not really sure what it is, but it's a cool coral:))

A few more.... :)

An A. florida which is quickly becoming one of my favorites. It came in a light green, but it's color has darkened, and it's developed orange/pink tips

A couple milles...
First, the powder blue mille

and a green mille--I was most surprised by this pic, the green just pops in this pic. Too bad I can't look at that coral from the top down. :)

And last but not least, a top down of the purple monster. Top downs with a canopy are really difficult to take. :)

Well, hope you enjoy the pics. I've always enjoyed seeing all the great pics on this site and this forum. Hope I've been able to return the favor.

 Full tank please!
Well, I didn't really clean the tank to make it all nice and shiny, so I didn't take any full tank shots. The tank is probably going to undergo a major overhaul in the next couple of months (long story), so I'll try to take some before I tear it down. :)
Until then, here's a pic of the last time I took a full tank shot, in May of 2005. I can't believe it's been a year.

Thanks, all.

I still can't believe some of the colors that you can't appreciate unless you take a top down shot. The green milli up there is a really cool coral, but I had no idea it was that cool. :)

Fragaholic--I live in Roseville, too. Roseville, MN, however. :)

Oh yeah, I always like to know what camera other people use. :)
It's a Canon Powershot G2, with the white balance set to either the 20K bulbs, or the full complement of 10K and 20K bulbs.

Here's a couple more shots I took that night. Had to do a little resizing to get them uploaded here...One of these days I'll open a photobucker account.

First is called the CBA--short for Cool Blue Acro. It's a coral I picked up from SawCJack00 when he took his 450g down. :( He fortunately now has a frag of it back that I sent him a few months ago. Speaking of which, he's due for an update. :) It was a lot bigger, but I accidentily broke it in half when I was fragging it for someone.

The next is a tenuis I picked up from another club member, and it's now spread out pretty much throughout our club (TCMAS). The pic is a little oversaturated, and the coral isn't quite that blue, but pretty close.

Well, that's all I have for the next 6-9 months or so. My tank is probably going to undergo a major overhaul, and probably restarted from a bunch of frags (except for a few "special" corals). Just want to do something different, that's all.

Hope you've enjoyed. I've always enjoyed viewing others' pics, so hope I've returned the favor somewhat.

Very nice pieces:D

Great coloration:thumbsup:

Good luck with the rebuild....... I'm doing the same thing right now, brought on by a necessary move.

Chris

Yes you have some really nice pieces there. That "cool blue acro" to me looks alot like the "mike paletta blue" but yours looks like it has some green in there too...

Nice job!

Thanks all. :)

The CBA is one of my favorites, and came from one of the LFS's in the area. Occasionally you can find some diamonds in the rough.

Fishdoc, good luck becoming a fishdoc next year. :)

That pocillopora is sweet!! I always forget to clean my glass before I start taking pics. I don't even realize it until I am cutting and editing.
