Sonicboom's 180 build in Tampa

We were never allowed to drink Coke at home. It was only ever purchased to remove rust and oil from old nails and bicycle parts. If high fructose corn syrup is deadly for human consumption imagine what it is doing to anything living in the rocks.

Same at my house, I picked up a few on sale specifically for my experiment, my guess is the pH drop, carbonation, and all the other crap in there along with an extra acid boost from the lime juice, pretty much dissolved everything.

Nice!!! How'd you get the clowns to move and accept their nem?!

Coke. Yum! Works great on rust and shiz like that.

the anemone finally found a spot between both overflow and at the top center of the tank, so anytime the clowns went up to the over flows, i coaxed them in with my scraper rod, i started calling it the long arm of the law...lol and soon as they got near the anemone i would pull it away real fast as if it was afraid of it, they started hanging near it and when they did that i got closer and closer with the rod until they went in it, after that the moment they went to the overflows and i put the stick in they shot right into the anemone, now they leave the anemone at night once it closes up that they don't fit in it anymore, but in the morning they are back in it the entire day. mind you this took over two weeks to do. and at one point i removed the female who didn't "allow" the male into the anemone. I put her in QT with the other anemone that split. then once the male was constantly in it i brought the female back.

Here's a little vid

borrowed this yesterday from a great and knowledgeable local reefer. now i can cure my rock walls which are in the making and use it to move my tank from one room to the next, not sure which order that will be in..lol

it's all clean and shiny.

This is one side i finished for the right side between the overflow and the glass, it's 8x24 and sticks out of the water a bit which i love as it looks so natural, I used a dremel to take about 1/2" off one rock and the rest fit in naturally.

Here is the top which sticks out, will see how snails act wether i push it down deeper into the sand.

Congrats on the clowns hosting the nem. I see you been a little busy and have something coming out your sleeve that impresses me.

Thanks for the update on the smart buddie. I just have a separate water storage container so I think I should be good. Thanks again.
