Sonicboom's 180 build in Tampa

Just accidentally dumped 4 gallons or so left in my top off into my sump...A baffle I made that I had not fastened down tilted forward and leaned against the float valve.

Salinity dropped to just under 1.024 which shouldn't be a problem, problem might be the kalk and reef colors A B C D I was dosing in there. So far everything looks good, nothing but a few tube worms closed up. Going to just leave it evaporate and hope all is good.
ph 8.2 at mid day.

eek, not too bad for what it could be. A ringing endorsement for not having 50 gallons of water available to your ATO though ;)

Amen. Anything more than 5 gallons or a direct tie in to the RO system would have been a flood/possible tank crash. No issues whatsoever so far

Wayne you definitely came through with those frags, much appreciated and I did not want you to meet me. I was going to meet you on your way to Orlando..lol

Any way here are the best shots I could get without a dslr.

I was curious Sonicboom if you still have your Hydra settings as high as you posted earlier in this thread and if your corals are still growing nicely?

Yes I believe I do, blues at 100 and white at 35, u 90, red green 15. All corals growing very nicely. These will serve as my day one shots to compare growth

No problem Sonic. It was all a misunderstanding but no harm no foul. I am glad to help out a fellow aquarist and I am glad you are happy with the corals. :celeb3::celeb3::celeb3: :beer::beer:

So my banggai cardinals just did their mating dance and a minute later they emerged from behind rocks with the male mouth brooding. I'll post a video in a few.

Thannk greg!, :celeb3: I'm waiting on video to complete in another 15 min so i can upload it, i picked the wrong format and it saved in 360p

I know this isn't something new but heck it is still pretty awesome!

Haha, thanks!. On another note, I am seriously considering moving the tank to the library at the front of the house. I would then be able to have a fish room upstairs directly above it. There is already a sink in there. The sump will stay below the tank and only the ro, top off container and qt will be upstairs. Any horror stories come to mind?
