Spiny's SPS garden

Are you running a plenum on the underside? looked to have some supported eggcrate in the FTS. Thanks

Great looking tank.

Beautiful Spiny, simply beautiful.

It´s coming along very nice. Those millies and the desalwii are jaw dropping.

I think it would be really cool if you would post the right side also in the present time for some growth comparison shots in a couple of months. Evolution is something I personally appreciate, rather than post only the final product. IMO, it´s an act that has much more credit.

Thanks, those millies are indeed very nice. The desalwi has a low of potential, but is growing asymmetrically for some reason.

Here's the right side. I omitted the lower part as I've got a lot of unwanted frags and mini-colonies cluttering my sand bed. I'm setting up an in-sump frag tank over the weekend to remove them from my sight. I might be able to make a half-decent FTS next week.

WOW!! very amazing collection! fantastic. :)

Thank you.

Looks awesome, your growth is incredible

It's funny because growth doesn't look that fast from my perspective. ;) I must say the RP and RD are growing really fast. One that's really surprising me is a stag I got as a freebie from CM about 3 years ago and it had never grown that much (mostly due to being constantly stund by aiptasia) and has just decided to start growing at a ridiculous rate. This was a straight branch about a month ago

Thank you. I did put eggcrate under the sand, but it was to protect the glass from the rocks. I'm running a pretty shallow sand bed, I doubt there's any plenum (also I have 3 wrasses that bury at night and move a lot of sand around!)

New frag - loads of potential.

Thank you

Very nice your birdsnest is a beast ..... You tank is very inspiring...

Thanks. I had to give a serious haircut to that birdnest very recently. I took a good 2-3 inches off all around. I'm glad it doesn't incrust, otherwise it'd be taking over my tank in no time.

coming along nicely....I agree with Jordan...the growth looks great.

All your frags are still growing nicely. The pearlberry is encrusting at a pretty steady rate. I'll post pics soon. And that setosa... ridiculously flashy. Thanks again.
