And now we just sit and watch them grow..lol

You might want to put the Idaho Grape on the island somehow because it grows like a weed once it gets going....other than that, looks great!

UPDATE:

The parameters are parked on the same spot:

Ca: 480 (Salifert)
Alk: 15.7 (Salifert)
PH: 8.3 (API)
NO3: 0.0 ppm (API)
NO2: 0.0 ppm (Salifert)
NH4: 0 (Salifert)
Salinity: 1.025
Temp: 79

I hope these corals start sucking calcium in soon!!!

Give them time they will and once they start to grow you'll be complainin cause there suckin to much calcium lol. Nice frags.

this one maybe, i dunno, after seeing the effects of lowering nitrates too fast in my old tank 0PPM trates would make me nervous.

im not saying your doing anything wrong but your bioload is low and their will not be much waste to feed the corals and with 0PPM trates where would they get their nutrition?

are the nano tunze good for tht size tank cause tommorow im building a 36x36x18 tank and was wondering if tht would be enough flow to keep sps and the return is going to be a mag 500 gph with a accelerator connected to the bulkhead

i use 4 of them in my similar sized tank. they are the smaller cheaper powerhead of choice and they can be easily modded to increase their flow.

Other than that, i noticed my bonzai frag lost the purple tips.. My guess is that it was at the top of the tank on a little frag rack..Will excessive light make colors disappear??

Any thoughts?

It can, if the corals hasn't acclimated to the new lighting. The coral can bleach out, but if it still is alive, it can heal.
