Steve's 480g upgrade 730g total Zeovit system

You sound so cool about it all....I would be freaking out!

Marcy, i figure it will not help the situation if i get panic. I have figure out the solution to fix the tank even if the mfg turn me down. But he will get his behind beat before i let him go free like that . I have all the support from friend who work with sheet metal fabrication, powder coating and line X. The most concern here is how long will it takes to get the part on hand so we can start to work on the project. The stainless steel angles 3x3x3/8 aren't cheap but i am sure that will help big time. I will have 3 brace go across the middle with 3/8" thick stainless sheet with 3" wide.

Before i start the tank i already thought about the metal brace but i was under estimate the wave motion and the pressure.

Bummer Steve. I suppose all that water motion doesn't help! Bracing it with steel should fix it for sure.

The bracing will definitely help esp with the way i want him to build for me :D. I will have 3 stainless 2" x 1/4" thick run across the middle of the tank. The parameter brace will be 2" x 2" x 1/4". I will post some picture later of the drawing :D

So the bracing is a permanent thing? Or just until the adhesive dries on the cracked eurobrace?

Is the tank already bowed? If so, I don't think you can unbow it and push it in, once it streches its permanent. So make sure your metal guy takes that into consideration or the bracing wont fit!

Mark, i got the anthias from Hawaii. I do need help if you own a truck. I need to pick up a 300g container from my friend house so i could drain the water from the tank. He is leaving for vacation tomorrow for 2 weeks so i have to pick it up tonight and get it done tonight...

steve, had no idea about your tank situation. fingers crossed for you man.

Tim, thank you. It wasn't that big of a problem. The MFG offer to fix it by adding another brace on top but i have to drain my tank and it will look ugly so i rather use the stainless brace instead.
