Finally i decided to fix my overflow teeth issue by cutting it 1" lower. I should have approx 2.5" clearance to the brace. I am not sure if i am being brave or being silly but it doesn't turn out bad at all. I will clean up the cut with the dremel and filing bit.... Check it out

Also drill my return and drains

Love the step stool Steve. That's even better than my wife's stair stepper that I commandeered.

What the...? I didn't pay attention to the step stool... My wife loves that little thing...

 We just call that classic re-purposing of household items.

Great Steve. Now fill the tank and fire up those waveboxes! I'm actually really curious to see how it works out because I just told Derek today to make my overflow teeth 2.5" since I'll be using two waveboxes. I just hope it works out nicely when it's up and running.

That step stool is SO ASIAN! cost only $0.99 at Chinatown :lmao: only thing missing from that pic are the flip flops :D

I'm wearing it.....

My personal design of tunze holder. It fit so well that i don't even need any screw to hold the pump.... Check it out...

Those look sweet Steve. What's actually holding the pumps to those mounts?

Edit: Actually read what you wrote this time. Do you think friction will be enough with those forceful pumps, or do you plan on using a screw anyhow?

Jeremy, i will use two 1/4" clear screw to help keep the pump in place. But i am pretty sure the pump will not slide back and forth without the screw

Your poor friend John is going to have to start mass producing those Steve

my crappy DIY tunze holder consists of the stock vertical holder rail, zip tied to a PVC frame with about 8 zip ties......:clown:

Howdy I like the idea behind the clear Tunze holders but dont you think they will become covered in coraline algae, even if you where to combat this by keeping them a clean sounds more like a pain to ahve to keep them clean !
