we have a local acrylic engineer and he does alot of stuff for quite a low price and good quality he makes everything from overflows to skimmers (which he makes himself).

It surely cant take THAT long to mix some Tunze salt lol. And I echo Terrys comics... Thanks for what youve (and the other vets) done for us all, Steve.

Low price?! My overflow was going to cost £50/$100

Terry, Thank you bro.... :D
Sang, the tank will be up in Colorado
Joe, it does not take long to mix the salt at all

including drilling your tank and fitting the overflow

That wasn't including drilling and overflow, I found the sheet he put it on here. Anyway lets not clutter up Steves thread with our junk.

Update? hmmm let me see :D

Just bought 150w Emperor aquatic U.V sterilizer, that darn thing is 70" long, 5" OD. I got freak out when the delivery guy carried the box in.

The stand is almost done as well as the canopy. Found the carpenter who is willing to put the skin on my stand and canopy for pretty good deal using Mahogany wood.

My local acrylic guy working on the super duty tunze holder :D. I am using 3/8" acrylic with 1" solid acrylic rod. I will post some picture this weekend.

What did you use to make these? Much nicer than the Stockman's I made.

I am planning a new tank and might like to neaten things up a little.

ehhh, i paid for that from CJ for $27 each (I must have too much coffee that day). You could make one at home for less then $5. They use ABS instead of PVC. I found all the part at ACE hardware for $1-$1.50 each. All you need is the end cap and 2"x1.5" coupler... Let me stop talking about the Stand pipe because i feel so.... silly for buying 2.... BTW, they even charge me for taxes too (WTH over?) an online store, out of state charged me for Tax. This is completely new to me....
