I have deepwaters that were acclimated properly, now I have them 6-7" from the waters surface. and growing better than the ones I left on the sand.

i too use 14K phoenix and supplement them with 40w of pc actinic 420/460nm. I get amazig growth. gives the tank a bit of a bluish color but man do the zoas pop
