So I registered with Fragswapper and requested some frags at this event. I dont recall what all they were, is there a way to tell other than going back and looking through all the listings?? Also, how do I find the person who is selling the frags when I get down to the swap. Sorry if these questions sound dumb. I am new to fragswapper and this will be my first swap.

On fragswapper click the my trades button on the top right then on the left of the page click on check list.it will give you a list of trades you have made
All the swappers will have name tags so you will be able to find the person you have the trades with

logon to fragswapper and click My Trades, make sure to get a printout of what you are getting it makes it much easier at swap time, if the person does not have a table setup just ask around must people know each other so is not that hard to find anyone!
once you go to fragswapper.com you will see the icons at the top center of the page. One should read "My Home" Login with your userid and password. Then Choose "That Fish Place/NCPARS Winter Frag Fest" under the "Active Registered Swaps" Once there you will see a new icon at the top center reading " MY Trades " There it will give you an item description and the sellers name. Most of the sellers will have both a name tag and a sign on their table or display. It will have their fragswapper.com name on the signs. If you have trouble finding the seller you can ask one of us at the front table or another seller. We are all fairly familiar with all of the swappers that attend

I highly recommend you guys use the sign feature on the site this time and hand it out to the swapper when they show up so they can sit it on the table where they are. Sometimes it's hard to find people because they are running around trading their own frags so it's good to know where there "table" is. I forget if you did it last time, but I know it was done in the past when we didn't do pre-assigned/requested tables (which I'm assuming we're not doing this time). If you need help with it let me know, it's just a simple Word mail merge.

I am sure you could get a couple gallons from them but they did not confirm to me they were supplying water to the swappers.everyone should bring there own unless otherwise notified

can fragswapper have the swap active thru swap day? I know last time there was a lot of confusion with people who did not print their lists in time!I know about the check list feature but it does not give you pictures!

The only way to keep it open is to change the date of the event. However I believe since the move to GoDaddy the lock doesn't fire automatically so we might be OK as long as I don't do anything.
The main reason it locks is to stop people from backing out of requests or making requests when there is a chance the other party won't see it because it's too close to swap time (after midnight).
I won't run the manual process so we'll see what happens.

I wouldn't change the date, it may get people to show up 24hrs too late, we really dont what that!!!
