but what about the other? are you just gonna leave it out on the sidewalk like some dude that didn't wear dress shoes while his GF gets freaked all night in the club???

yup is a false... you can tell by its frownny face... also the sharp pinstriping of the black... no bleeding aspect.

bleeding black is an ocellaris trait not percula. Frowny face is pretty much all Percula as well...

Example of percula with no black bleeding only solid black and the exact same frowny face.

my I guess now wrong understanding was ocellaris had very sharp crisp black lines. and percs had more bolder to "bleeping out" lines you know like a permanent marker on tissue paper....
 
what still is throwing me off is the one I am confused about got 11 spines. Which leads to a false.

just the opposite

Ocellaris often have dark pigment mixed with orange, the border between black and orange is normally better defined on a Percula.

Im judging that fish to be Percula based on the pattern and facial features and eyes all looking mighty percula to me.
