They want you to buy 2 units or something like that to be a distributor and they cost alot i.e. this one cost about 600 5 or 6 years ago:

They also make in HVAC units and permenant HVAC filters which are the opposite charge as thier ion generators which is cool because it really gets some dust to stick. I really like them and I guess if I weren't in my profession I'd probably go sell them. You did it with a puppy dog trick. You let anyone try them for a few days then pick the unit up if they didn't want to buy it. Then after odors etc. began to return in a couple days they'd call you back to buy it. Has like a 9 out of 10 selling rate but getting the in-house tryout's was the hard part.
