Would having mV around 250-270 constant without ozone be bad?

Thanks for the info
Those readings sound normal to me for a tank with a moderate load (and no ozone). one thing I found that keeps my orp level up and reduces the amount of ozone I have to run is using Purigen. I keep a small bag inside my carbon reactor and recharge it every 4-6 weeks.Originally posted by pperez
I did the cleaning last night and this morning it read 305 before lights, now it reads 294, Hmmm. I might be looking at this ozonizer a bit more. My tank is only a 75gal, so i assume the 50g units are fine, although i might go with the 100g for future and just use it less often. Is that a good idea?
Also is redsea a good unit, or is aquamedic better?
Maybe running ozone cleaned your probeOriginally posted by druluv
My mv droped as soon as I started adding o3. My mv was 325 with out ozone, but know it is 289mv. Any reason for this
