Hey rc,

Recently I posted this thread about my dissapointment with my AI SOL LED's.

Here is a pic of my current setup:

I got a lot of comments and threw all of the reading I decided I was ready for a change. I am in the process of custom building a 140 gallon custom tank from DeepSeaAquatics (60 x 20 X 27). I am also having a seperate furniture builder make me a custom stand and canopy.

I feel like this is a good time for an upgrade or change in lighting. Especially because I have more space "under the hood" . I want to have the success I had before on this new tank when I used Halides. Here is my question:

Do you think it would be wise for me to add t5 supplements? Would adding them to my LED's make up for the issues I am having with coral survival (If all other params are in check of course)?

I always read people adding them for better color but I am actually interested in coral health improvements. Would adding t5's make up for what my LED's seem to be lacking?

Thanks for the help,

JIM
