Design help!?

Tank is 54g quarter cylinder. Plan is mixed sps/lsp, so trying to leave enough space for grow out. Right now there is 7-8" between rock and water level, about 3-6" between rock and back of tank, and 6-10" between rock and front.

Reddish rock in front is for seeding, so not part of design. I've got lots more rock in the sump to do something different.

Would appreciate any thoughts on design. Maybe need to increase height of left pile or build arch between the two?

It's not bad as is, just could use a little more maybe.

I've got a bunch more rock, 2-3 pieces of the same size (small football), plus some smaller pieces (baseball/softball).

Since we don't see what the other rock you have holding in your sump it's kind of hard to advise, just begin playing around w/ it.

OK, will try adding a little more to see how it looks. Any thoughts on two separate formations vs. one vs. creating bridge between the two?

Overall that will look nice once you have coral growing in, I would move the left structure to the front keeping that same curve, maybe use the piece of rock sitting on the shelf and the piece that at the back of the left structure to bring it more forward or you can add a little more rock if you have some.

On the right structure there is a curved piece of rock between the two mounds
resting on the shelf rock, Can you use it as an arch between to 2 mounds on the right structure?

Got out the hammer, chisel, and whole lot of weld-on...

Tank is still a little hazy - taking a while for all the dust to settle.
