I saw this anemone in one of my LFS and it was under inadequate conditions to put it nicely (N.O. light, absolutely no flow, what looked like bad water quality and mixed with many Condy anemones). So I am temporarily rescuing him until I can find a better home. On the flip side, I didn't design the tank for a LTA. It has quite a bit of flow in it and the sand bed is shallow. I know LTAs are sand dwellers but I placed him in the rocks and turned the flow off for twenty minutes. I then turned the flow back on and it was attached to the rocks. You can't really see in the video but the LTA buried its foot pretty deep in a rock crevice as a good anchor so at least that's a good start. My main concern is the high flow. I have two Koralia 1050s, a Koralia 450 and a Rio 800 with a Octopus BH 1000 hanging off the back. The tank is a 29 gallon that's been setup for approximately 7 months. Lighting is around 300 watts of MH 20k hanging about 1.5 ft over the tank. Will be getting a 14 bulb soon as that is a more preferred spectrum for anemones in general. What do you guys think of the flow? I feel like there isn't good tentacle extension ( a few tentacles are deflated).

On a side note, when the LTA extends its tentacles longer, you can see the effects of the flow more so then you could when they are more shrunken up like they are in the video. I can take another one tomorrow.
