Unfortunately, I am getting my skins redone. I'll post pics of it once it's done.
I am leaving on a flight to Los Angeles first thing tomorrow morning. I wont be back til Thursday. I have a couple videos of it already and I'll post it as soon as I get back.

I decided re-aquascape the left side for better flow and placement of corals. The height of the previous aquascape really restricted the water movement. Sorry for the cloudy pics... I just did a water change and siphoned the substrate prior to snapping this shot. Let me know what you guys think about the left side. Should I keep it the way I have it?
I think I might buy another one of the WP40 for the back right side and run a total of 2x MP40 and 2x WP40.

I like the re-design. I agree about the aquascape and that's what's never enticed me about going shallower on a tank (just my personal preference). As corals grow, you really limit the size they can reach. I still believe my dream depth is 27" as that would allow plenty of room for coral growth and column swimming space for a rather larger healthy school of anthias.
As corals continue to grow out and decrease flow patterns, it becomes more and more of an issue getting good flow to different prime areas of the tank. I've killed off more a few corals instead of creating coral murder. :uzi:

The tank height I love the most is 30". I have never seen a reef tank that tall until I saw Tim's tank. The way the light penetrate down with halide and vho is incredible. Unfortunately I am not a tall guy and could barely reach down a 24" tank. I rockscaped my rocks to be no higher than halfway the tank to allow corals to grow tall and for fish to swim up. I am just waiting for everything to fill in.

That large stag on the far left was that on the top of that rock in previous pictures? If so you are getting good growth.

I apologize for my amateur video skills. I'm still trying to learn how to use this camera and haven't really played with the settings. Also, I had to use my tank cleaning magnet to hold up the Jebao pump because I couldn't reach the magnet for the pump in the back of my tank. :headwally:
In both videos, only the return and the pump in the title are on. The Jebao is quieter than the Vortech but you can still hear the noise. However, please keep in mind that the video captures and exaggerates the sounds.

No denying that the jebo moves more water, and it appears to be further down than the vortech.

Thanks for the vids. It gives us the best look at both pumps. And I think the fish love it too.
