Filtration Room
Sump and skimmer on north wall. East wall has the reservoirs and mixing tanks for RO/DI and Salt water. Between the skimmer and black RO/DI reservoir are the two 30gal tanks for alkalinity and calcium dosing, not visible in this pic.

Sorry could you point out all the other containers in the filtration room? I can't see them with that skimmer in the way :hmm4::spin3:

And thanks for all the compliments on the millwork. We are very pleased with how it is turning out. During the 9 months between finalizing the design and actually seeing it built I was starting to second guess that it would look too dark or too heavy handed. We have some nice millwork elsewhere in the house but it is all painted much lighter and a bit less intricate.

What are you putting as a cover on the windows?

Thank you, worm5406. No treatments on the window glass. Light and thermal control is via 2 sets of motorized shades per window: one solar, and one full blackout shade on tracks in between the exterior windows and interior soundproof windows.

The cabinetry appears to be symmetrical, is it modular enough to switch the drawers to the left side without too much rework? (Nicely done by the way.)

What are your plans for fish and coral QT?

Fish quarantine will consist of four 75gal tanks running on individual canister filters plus 5 gallons/day of water change water from the main system. Coral QT is a 36"x48"x16" island tank with a Deltec AP702 skimmer, also receiving 5 gallons of water change per day from the main system.
