I have a brand new AFO VHO ballast and new super 03 bulbs
I got it mounted today and they donââ"šÂ¬Ã¢"žÂ¢t fire up??
One set starts to then stops?? What going on?
Any help trouble shooting this problem would be great!

Make sure the pins on the bulbs are seated in the endcaps firmly or even reseat them. When I had VHO's, that was commonly the problem when they would start to fire then go dark or a bad bulb.
