Tyree lime in the sky/pink lemonade

Does anybody have any pictures you could post or email of Tyree lime in the sky, pink lemonade, or Tubbs pink jade. I thought I was selling lime in the sky but a guy yesterday told me it was a pink lemonade. I don't pretend to know all the names and don't want to give bad information either. Thanks Jeff

Hi Jeff,
Unfortunately, I can't send you any pics right now since my wife has my laptop with all my pictures on it down with the in-laws right now. However, I can tell you something I just learned when I picked up a frag of Pink Lemonade a couple weeks ago. If you look at the polyps, one arm (if you will) will be longer the the rest of the polyp's arms. Similar to like a Mille with one long sweeper tenticle per polyp. I was told that's the way to tell a true Pink Lemonade.
I don't have any experience with the Lime in the Sky acro aside from pictures on the net, but I do have the Pink Lemonade and the Pink Jade. The Pink Jade should have a light wintergreen skin color with pinkish purple at the tips of all the coralites where the polyps extend. And, the polyps are a translucent whitish color. I know it's not good to ID acros through color only, but I thought this might help you out a little.
Good Luck. IMO you can't go wrong with any of these acros. All three are nice additions to a reef tank.

there are big difference in all 3 corals. Lime in the sky is a deep green and blue coral. Pink lemonade has pink polyops under blue light with a yellow looking body, and pink jade is a pastel aqua color

Hey Semi....do you find that the lime in the sky is a slow grower...mine seems to be.

It is definately picking up but the first pic I posted was from mid August, the second was from today. I have made 1" frags of it but yes it seems to grow pretty slow.

Looks like a superman milli or the old Scripps Pink Milli.

I dont know...was sold to me from Brent Thomman. I asked him and he said bubblegum mille or SomeWhereOverTheRainbow mille.

Aussie Sarmentosa. Lighting is 2 x Radium 400w and VHO actinic. Old school but works great.
