Ugh, sometimes I'm crazy...

jebus that quadrimaculatus is amazing. and on pellets!

last week we had a handful of red sea melapterus that came in. a few of the smaller ones were also eating pellets. my friend took one home to try. we'll see in a month or so if a full blown coralivore like melapterus can do well on pellets long term.

That is amazing, both BF's eating pellets! What type of pellets are you feeding?
All the fish look great by the way!

I've had more butterflies take to Ocean Nutrition Formula 2 small pellets than any other pellet food.

Love the little blue line. How often you doing water changes in there?

Depends... usually about 2/3 every week or so, since it's a small tank.

Ooo, very neat! Keep me updated. I know someone working with an austriacus right now... fingers crossed on that one.

that MI looks like me trying to eat using chop stix - we try to eat but it takes a while, lol ... Awesome as usual, Peter.
I just introduced my baby rock beauty to my much larger, juvi scribbled. They're getting used to each other :)

This is awesome, I can't believe I just stumbled upon it now. You even threw a Moorish Idol into the mix, I'd have anxiety issues.

Just to clarify, the MI is in the DT, not the QT :) he's coming up on 2 years in my care now.

Nice job, what are you feeding it? Someone should fortify a Moorish Idol pellet diet with sponge, then I'd get one.

What is your copper treatment regimen?
4 weeks treatment and 0.30 is enough ?

I tried hyposalinity after 9 weeks ick still shows up and bad too even with salinity of 1.0080 . All my angels and tang are in copper treatment now @ 0.40-0.50 do far so good it took 3 days

Yes, 0.3-0.4 has worked well for me. I usually also do a few weeks of no meds to confirm.

No, I've gone through a few.... I have no magic words, other than no other fish bothering it, yet some fish to teach it to eat :(
