i rember i stumbled on a place like that but cant remember tghe name.
they sold all colorful high end sps. any help, i always apreciate.

i guess i have two questions

im looking for real good sps dealers

and source where i can find sps ID.

I would suggest the livestock selling forum here. There are lot of great people that sell nice healthy tank raised frags.

i am a big fan of cultivated reef (dot) com... Greg the owner, gives incredible customer service and quality product everytime... check'em out ;)

Love, Love, Love Jarrod at http://rockymountainfrags.com. Frags are gorgeous and colorful right out of the bag. Health of the corals is stellar, and he is the nicest guy to work with. Super easy and customer service based. He has a lot of nice, nice stuff...some old school beauties as well!!!

The best place is your local reef club (if any close to you) and/or hobbyists . Many benefits: see how the coral actually looks, the size, make new friends, support other reefers, you'll be getting 100% aquacultured corals. Also the selling forums as somebody else mentioned.

I've had good experiences with Vivid, & Dr F&S.

I haven't ordered from battlecorals, but I did get a really nice SPS frag pack from Adam on the selling forum before he opened up his retail shop.

That said, local reefers are absolutely the best way to get quality frags, usually way cheaper than you can get from an online vendor.

thanks for the responses
im alittle worried about the livestock selling forum because im afraid that ill end up with a pest.

i know most tanks are fine but all it takes is that one bad one.

I wouldn't trust a vendor any more than a hobbyist. Think about how much coral goes in and out in a few weeks time.....

+1 all of my sps have come from local reefers or are local club's frag swaps...
