Who has a beautiful LPS dominated tank?

When the back of the tank is shielded from the light, the pictures look much better.

paul does the morish idol touch anything?

What do you mean. He does not seem to touch anything but he is about 4" high and the tank is only 100 gallons so he can't swim like he would like to. He does not hide or jam hinself into the coral like a tang would do.

Paul, thanks for the tip. I've just got a cheap ol digital 2 M pix camera. I'm still trying to find out how to turn off the flash on it. I usually wind up just covering it with some paper. I'll try your tips though and see if it comes out any better.

Awesome.....

Awesome.....

Those are probably some of the best LPS / tanks I've seen in these thread.

The one tank that really stuck out - unique ness was, I think, Va_reefman.. Great tank.

Also, Flipturn - awesome tank miss. :D

Of course we can't leave out the rest of your tanks.

Ben, my moorish Idol does not pick at any corals but he does pick at some algae between the corals. I have also spent a bit of time with them in the sea and I didn't really seethem pick at corals either.

You're tank is very nice, how do you filter the water? Can you share your secrets? I'll humbly learn :)

Thanks for the kind words! Water filtered by LR and a MJ 1200's. I changed about
10% water about every 2 months and topoff with vending machine water.

Nice reef heuerfan,

The aquascaping looks great. The sand is nice and white and the live rock is nice n' purple, very clean!

Here's an article on Triggerfish:

There has also been one Tank of the Month that had a Niger. I believe it was Joe Burger's.

http://reefkeeping.com/issues/2002-09/totm/index.htm

Also, check out this TOTM http://reefkeeping.com/issues/2004-11/totm/index.php, Kevin has a mated pr of blue jaw triggers, & while his tank is SPS dominated, he does have an elegance, hammer, & torch & some softies.

Wow, this link is great! I hang out on the nano forum for a few days & look what slips by me...

Amy, I'd love to see a full tank shot, pleeeeeease?

WOW! WOW! WOW!

I'm looking to start my tank over again. It's a 29 gallon. I've asked around and I haven't really gotten a definite answer. I want to buy a Coralife 195 watt light. Is this enough light or no?
