The carpet casught the manderine for about 30 seaonds well see how tought the slime coat is! Im ****ed!

How does the manderins skin look.My manderin took a pretty mean encounter with my green carpet and it pulled through.But not for 30 seconds, it swam across it got stuck to it for about 3 or 4 seconds.It acted real sluggish for about an hour.I gave him to a friend of mine shortly after.Hope it pulls through.

The skin seems to have sand stick to it pretty easy! If its still alive in the am it should be ok!

Well found the poor guy this morning and hes still alive hope he pulls threw!

If he has lasted this long that is probably a good sign.Just watch out for infection.

What can i do to help infection? You can see part of a pectoral fin is all but gone! He has a hard time swimming and is staying in 1 spot, Good thing is that it eat frozen blood worms so ill be power feeding him for a while!

Most medications for regular fish won't work on a manderin.I will keep looking and try to find some info .Glad to hear it is eating, thats a real good sign that it will pull through.

i have had fish touch haddonis, leave them they will recover just fine.
