The fact that sometimes when I try to upload pictures they work, and other times (although I'm doing the same thing), it doesn't work.

I don't think it's anything you are doing, all this week I have been getting invalid gateway errors from reefcentral. Something is not right.

Thx, SB

I figured as much. It looks normal on my phone.
That was my UGH post from the other day.
I am posting in the same manner as I have in the past.
Sorry. I have no idea why.

Things are looking sweet. You have created an idea that I have never seen before. Great job.

Thanks. NooB!
That's what Rich from Armco Aquatics said when I showed him the diorama. He was all like - 'Wow, that's thinking outside the box' & 'I love the concept'.

You 600g DIY is quite impressive!
I am still researching acrylic fabrication techniques. A local reefer is building with acrylic (200g sump) & I am going to 'help',watch, & learn.
I want to build a 120g 4'x4'x1' (acrylic) frag tank like this:

I was inspired by your success!
It might be a while as I have many irons in the fire (so to speak).
My tax extension only goes to October! (lol)

We went out of town this weekend. While we were gone, our green bubble tip anemone tried to wrestle the wet side of an MP-40. It lost. :(

As of today , the ballasts for the lights are in their permanent home (mounted to the inside of the soffit).

My rose BTA had a run in with my mp40 over a year ago and I didn't think she would make it but I placed her back on a rock and now is doing great now..

You (& your anemone) were certainly lucky!!

I guess it like surviving a pulmonary embolism, it does happen, just not that often.

My (poor) guy was IN the wet side. When it happened, the wet side fell off the motor. I don't know how long he was like that before 'help' arrived.

Sorry for your loss. They sell a foam that goes on the wet side to prevent that. The only difference is that you don't get as much flow with it on there. But I am sure you knew that already.

I purchased 10 so I can replace them quickly and just wash out/clean the old ones.
