No updates for the system. Been doing a lot on working on the NEW gig.

Well today marked 5 weeks in QT for the new stuff.
I will be moving it out of QT and into the 120 tank. It has been getting DT water for some water changes so the chemical balance will be good. I will have to kick up my dosing though a bit higher.
Once the 55g is empty I will bleach it out and get it all cleaned for the next one. LOL...

The 120 is looking great. You could've fragged the tips of the Tyree tri color and maybe saved some of it but loosing one coral compared to what made it is good in my books.
Yeah but I am afraid that what is on the top is not usable either.
Yeah I wish I had the forward thinking to set up a camera in the corner over a year ago when I decided to move it all down stairs. A time lapse, even if nothing happened would look interesting.
Yeah... we have a small set of reefers that meet every two months.
Our next meeting is March time frame. I realize now that I replied to a forum post instead of a private message. Sorry. LOL

We get together for lunch. Eat. Then go to the person of the months house and get an over view of the system, discuss problems, a bit of questions, then nit pick it to do the 'what if' scenarios.
Like one problem of power outage, what if the sump is too high, will it over flow, or is there a one way valve needed to be put in or even a siphon break.
