Worm's 180 build

Your tank looks much better this way! I am sure that your skimmer will be going nuts for a few days!
 
UNDERSTATEMENT... WOW... It is really freaking out.


HAHAHAHA.. I had to fill the ATO, all the way, just in case it runs all night.
 
It is funny.. In those two pics that are first in that one post... The clowns are almost in the exact same spots.
 
Good work. You will have to scrub it again and again but each time will be less work.
 
Yeah but it is a LOT better. I'll clean the glass and do a FTS with the better camera. See how well it looks then.
 
SO... while doing some re-arranging while scrubbing I moved a few rocks to let the light hit them differently.

One I moved was a LARGE coraline covered rock. I flipped it with the one above it to let the light hit it better for better growth. After I flipped it I noticed that there were little patches of coraline on the old top rock. GOOD.. It is spreading well. In the old 120 it was always spreading some, just had not seen any yet in the 180.

I also moved a good size coraline covered rock from the sump to the DT and moved an even larger rock down to the sump.
 
Alot of good documentation,,,,,,,, don't know if I could do that like you have. Still don't see how you can work so fast, lol. I'm enjoying this site, hopefully will meet more people and make friends. Alot of good info and alot of nice pics and video.
 
Thanks. There are really a LOT of good people here and with ideas and can point you in the right direction when in a jam.

Keep in mind that it is a slow process and trying to force it to hurry up will cause it to crash.

Believe me, I haven't forgotten how slow it can be,,, lots of patients.
 
Yeah.. I need to get motivated now to finish the walls and put a primer coat down.

Tank and all that is done.

I am still going to do the 120 with it also. I just have to do walls and epoxy/paint the floor before I do the 120.

Yeah... Raising a 19yo and a 18yo that live with me, a 17yo that is elsewhere, and a 10yo that goes between his mom's and my house, every other week.... Ya know... (Yeah I need to update my signature b-days come and go sometimes.)

I will get motivated.. I will..

That is why I have been taking pictures lately.
 
True... but I already have enough scars and missing items to cover the pinky toe about 40 times over.

This is not a you show me yours i'll show you mine scar event... LOL... so... back to motivation.
