OK weekend plans:

water test 120
water test sump
Cut hole in drywall for 120 plumbing
Water change 180->55QT->drain
Measure length needed for 1/4" piping for water change and top off
Order usb cable for same measurement
Order Apex-eb4 for water change location
Glue pipe and hang pipe for 120->new sump
get rubber shower pan for under new sump for leak protection

That should get me through Friday.

Which USB cable is it you need? I am about to throw away about 300 different types.

Yeah it does... That is what I thought it was. At least I only have a few.

Which USB cable is it you need? I am about to throw away about 300 different types.

Standard USB to USB for apex connection USB-A.

I need one to run from my apex head to a eb4. It is where I am going to place my new stenner pump for auto water changes and also my pumps for mixing saltwater.

The length is about 50 feet.

Lets see what have we completed today(red - done):

water test 120
water test sump
Cut hole in drywall for 120 plumbing
Water change 180->55QT->drain
Measure length needed for 1/4" piping for water change and top off (50 foot each section for cutoff and adapter placement and spare)

• From Sump to X - 50
• From Pump to Waste - 40
• From NewSW to pump - 10
• From pump to sump - 50
• From Skimmer to Outside Air - 100 X 2

All 1/4 tubing has been Ordered 1/4 tubing.
Order usb cable for same measurement -- 40f ordered
Order Apex-eb4 for water change location -- ordered
Glue pipe and hang pipe for 120->new sump
Get rubber shower pan for under new sump for leak protection

That should get me through Friday.

Well I think I can do that... I have to wait till later though.

I measured it all this morning so that was easy. Then I looked up the parts and ordered them.

The other items will be really easy to do, once I get home.

Maybe I will go shooting when I get home and do the stuff tomorrow. I want to zero in some new sights anyway. Let me concentrate on something else for a bit. LOL

I took some pictures of my LTA tonight.

I noticed an interesting tentacle and a few items below the surface, that I thought you would like to see.

Just a close up outside the mouth.

A troubled tentacle.

Wait... What do we have here below the surface.

A bit closer look at it.

Pulled back a bit because the clown wanted to get in too.

Slightly different angle.

Really Really wanted to get in the picture.

It used to be ONLY in the triangle... Ooops.. It grew.

This one is still on it's plug... But I do not think it is going to let go anymore.

Yeah... I have thumbs, I do not think it does. Actually looks like it got twisted and just grew closed.

Was the knot the thing you wanted us to see that was below the surface because I didn't know what to look for.

If you look below what is left of the good tentacle, starting at the second picture (the third shows two) there is either the start of a new tentacle or a sensory pore just under the skin.

Looks like a splinter, white in color. The third picture shows there are two below the skin.

OK... shewww... I am tired. Today replaced the 40g breder with a 75g.
Had to move the skimmer and raise it some. A LOT of wiring needs to be fixed.

We installed a manifold, two new DC-12000 pumps (feeding the manifold).

I will take some pictures tomorrow night but, here are some updates from today:
