$10.00 per hole.... but it will be done, although they won't guarntee it...

I will kepp everyone updated as this prgresses!!

Have a good day!

I belive I am going to go with 2- 1 1/2" inch overflows, with 1 addition 1 1/2" over flow above for security reasons, in case the main overflow fails..

Returns will be 3/4" and will go over the top of the tank , possibly with closed loop, not sure about this yet... Still trying to figure out how to incoorporate a fuge around the same height as my tank, so that I can gravity feed it from my tank, the overflow it to the sump....

I have too many fish in my cube, and would like to throw a couple in the fuge, but want them visible...

Is this a bad idea with the kind of fish I will be keeping in the 125? All large predators?? It would be shared water....

Lionfish, Puffer, Eel, something else, maybe a harlequin tusk..

If you run a fuge at tank level, consider putting it slightly above (you just need a slight elevation difference) and run one of your sump returns to the fuge-- Drill your fuge and have this drain back to your display.

Thats how I'm planning running one of my fuges (a 20 gallon one)-- thats the biggest tank I can fit beside my tank. I will be running a 2nd 29 gallon fuge below my tank.

Not sure about water quality issues you might have with those fish-- I have troubles with my community/reef tank :( until I get everything in order I'm not adding anybody new to my tank

I was actually trying to divise a way to cut a small section out of the end of my "fuge", similar to putting on an external overflow, and then just add an acrylic "spillway" to it, so that once it reaches the level where it is cut out, it goes directly to the display, they would actually be the same height, and nearly touching....may not be able to do this with my big tank, may have to save it for another setup...

Just think it would be cool to have a couple tanks that basically work like those little "fountains" that pump water from the pool at the bottom, and they trickle down through little spillways....

I hope I am making sense, same principal, just using smaller display aqauriums as the little pools, you could keep a huge variety of fish, maybe alternate your "rack" so that there's a tank to right, then to the left, staggering them down to a larger tank...say 5g down to a 29g...

PIPE DREAMS, aren't they beautiful! I don't even have this set-up, and I'm already working on my next project!!

Guess I will go with a 29g sump underneath, and use some chaeto, rubble rock, and sand for it....

Maybe set-up my 20g L for the other, am obviously going to have plenty of ropck to setup another tank!! I weighed it all, I have 191 lbs!!

How much would you use in there, just fill it til it looks good? I want everyone to have room to grow, and swim, just want to make sure I have enough in there for filtration...

My tank has about that much rock -- kind of cramped IMO--- moving some to my fuge when I get it up--

I'm looking at a 45 gallon tall for a fuge now-- its about 36"L x 24"T x 13"W

The spilling tanks sound cool-- not sure of exactly how you plan to work that--
