Hi all,

A little info about the system. Tank dimension are 82x44x30...I really wanted a wide inwall tank for aquascaping options. Sump is 260g with dimensions of 60x36x28 and will sit under the tank stand in the fishroom. Tank is BB with seaboard (seafoam color) on the bottom. Both tank and sump were built by James at Envision Acrylics. I can't say enough about James and his workmanship......highest of quality both as an individual and a tank builder.

Equipment list as follows:

Deltec AP1003 skimmer w/ selfcleaning head
4 Sequence Barricuda Pumps
1 Sequence Dart Pumps
Schuran Calcium Reactor
Aquacontroller
3 400w 14k Aquaconnect MH in Luminarc III reflectors
4 250w 14k Aquaconnect DE MH in reefoptic reflectors
The 400w bulbs run by PFO HQI ballast
The 250w DE ran by Sunlight supply HQI ballast
Tunze wavbox and extension
2 Tunze 6100 streams on a multicontroller
Two 1" Seaswirls (one return)
Two 1" spray bars down each side of the tank 5" from bottom (other return)
Five 1" bulkheads 5" from the tank bottom across the back wall of the tank (closed loop) with a 2" intake
Deltec Rowa reactor
Precision Marine Kalk Reactor

I'm sure I forgot some things that I'll need to add later. Now for some pics"

You need to post this project over in the "Large Reef Tank" forum for sure!!!!!

Going to be amazing.

Yes, tank is going where the window is shown in the pic. Concrete goes down tomorrow. Framing Weds. Electric and plumbing over the weekend. Tank hopefully in place in 10 days or so!! Using a 6" inline exhaust fan controlled by a humidstat controller to evacuate the heat and humidity from the fishroom. Played with the combo a little today....the fan really pulls some air. Will post more pics this week...getting very anxious to get the tank and sump in place and start plumbing. Uncrated both the tank and sump today so both are ready to go....now I just need bribe 6 or so friends for the move. Will have a 220v 3/4 hp chiller located outside the room for cooling and fans blowing across the top of the tank to keep the acylic braces cool. If the moderator would like to move the thread to the large tank forum....please feel free.

I am doing the contracting "with assistance" from a friend who is in the construction business. I knew going in who I wanted to do the framing, woodwork and pluming. My friend has recommended the electrician and concreted work. I will handle the paint and tank setup myself.

A couple of pics of the sump (260g). I know the volume is probably over-kill but I wanted to ensure that I could run 5000+ gph through it without having to worry about micro-bubbles.
