OMG they had guts using that winch like that :eek2: Looks like everything went nice and smooth though.

LOL I was questing that myself... A small little winch bolted down to a 6x6 with like 3 or 4 lags... While they were lowering it down into the basemen the winch was making all kinds of noises and Jeff looked up at me and asked if I was going to be OK, I guess I had some uneasy look on my face at that time LOL...

Amazing. Pretty much what I was thinking, except for the winch.

Yea, along the lines of your one post and like some of the CORA members and I talked about... I really wanted to do it myself, But I didn't want anyone hurt...

I totally understand. When we were moving my 280g out of the house it was in, there was a really bad moment when I thought we were going to lose one of the lifters. He had that look in his eye that clearly meant he was losing his grip, and I visualized his letting go... and that would put the load on the rest of us that were struggling, and like dominos, one by one they would lose their grip and someone would end up having his legs amputated by a huge block of glass crushing his femur bones..

Good times. :D Hindsight is 20/20.

Once we were out of that horrificly narrow hallway, we put it down. When it was time to pick it up again to put it in the back of the Uhaul, we all dreaded it but it actually was exceedingly easy. We all patted each other on the back and grinned at each other.

No femurs were broken that day, fortunately.

Well I looked into the Tunze pieces a little closer and this is what I found...

The one that fits perfect is the brown one (on on right)... I need to look around and see if I can get some more of those...

What exactly is that part?

That is the part that mounts to the Holding device (Magnet or Bar) that the swing arm attaches to... I don't have the book with me but that piece is called the "Sliding piece with hinge" I believe... I will try to take a pic with it on the Tunze when I get home...

Looks like the same piece, except for those 45 degree 'legs' welded on that set the cylinder up higher. I would think they could just swap them out for the ones you need.

That is one piece, those "leg" don't come off... That is how it came out of the box... I need to get brown ones to replace my black ones...

Ya, I see that. Looks like it is welded at the factory. The base and the cylinder look exactly the same though. Those 'legs' loom to be just welded on to move the cylinder up to the new position.

I need the brown ones... The black ones make the Tunze stick out too far... If anything I would want to cut the "legs" off of the black ones to mod it to what I need...

Shaw as of making the holes bigger in the tank I would check with Will if this would void your warrenty. Also a quastion on the tunzes. having them in this box will they always point in one direction? Are you going to have any rendom currents in the tank?

The Tunzes will be set to intervals of like 30 - 100% power and alternating between diff ones, only like 2-3 Tunzes will be running at once... I am able to angle them a little bit...

I think the reason you have different sizes is because one of those is meant to allow you to pivot the pump a little more to the left or right. In your application, that is not necessary nor useful. I bet Roger will let you swap it out.

Again if not one thing, it's another :(

This what what Roger had to say...

The brown one is obsolete, I may have some used ones but unlikely 8 of them. I would post in equipment wanted as many people upgraded to the other one and if they didn't throw away the old ones you may be able to find some. I only have 1 left.

If anyone has some of the brown ones I need them please...
